Shipping Services

Shipping/Handling

  • Standard shipping methods are UPS or FedEx.
  • Special shipping methods and requests are subject to additional handling charges.
  • All internatiuonal shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Freight Claims

  • Freight claims must be initiated by the recipient.
  • Goods are shipped at buyer's risk, with title passing to recipient at FOB point.
  • Awards Factory is unable to guarantee on-time delivery or the safety of goods once turned over to a recognized carrier.
  • All claims must be made by the recipient against the appropriate carrier within 15 working days.
  • In every instance, it is essential that all original shipping cartons, packing materials, and damaged product(s) be retained by recipient until claim is settled.
  • Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.

Damage Claims

  • Carefully inspect your order immediately to assure damage did not occur inshipment.
  • If damage occurs, contact our Customer Service Department at once.
  • A claim will be filed on your behalf if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.

Foreign Shipments

  • Contact name and phone numbers, including city and country code, must be provided for all International Shipments.
  • All International Shipments must be UPS or FedEx.
